         河北恒颢工程项目管理有限公司，原名称为保定国家高新区建设咨询监理科技有限公司（2015年5月28日经河北省工商局批准更名），于1997年2月23日经原河北省建委批准成立、1997年5月13日在保定市工商局注册登记的独立法人企业；国家建设部备案的房屋建筑工程和市政公用工程监理资质；2000年11月2日中国建设监理协会会员单位、1997年8月29日河北省建设监理协会会员单位、20201110河北省建筑市场发展研究会证书、1998年10月29日保定市建筑业协会第四届理事；2004年元月15日通过国际标准 ISO 9001质量管理体系认证；公司目前在山东潍坊设有分公司、在江西省入住【江西省网上中介服务超市平台】、在湖南省入住【湖南省网上中介服务超市平台】、在【全国投资项目在线审批监管平台】备案。

With the ratification of the Construction Committee of Hebei Province, Construction Consultation & Supervision Co. Ltd was established in February 23, 1997.

The corporation was registered at Baoding Industrial and Commercial Bureau in May 13, 1997, and put on record of Ministry of Construction. We have the qualification of an independent corporate organization and the second-class supervision capacity.

We are member of both China Construction Supervision Association and Hebei Construction Supervision Association. Meanwhile, we are a member unit of executive council of Baoding Construction Association.

The following are our scope of operation: the general building construction project under 28 floors, with the span of 36m, and with built-up area less than 30,000㎡; the towering building projects within 120m in height; the residential district projects with built-up area less than 120,000㎡; the municipal works of roads, bridges and decoration projects; agent of inviting and submitting a bid, and project assurance; and other services in comprehensive technology of construction.

We have 66 various construction technicians and economical management personnel, including 9 senior engineers, 2 semior economists, 1 senior accountant, 36 engineers, 2 economists. Among them, 16 have Certificate of the National Supervision Engineer; 28 have graduated from the National Supervision Engineer Training Class; 36 have the Hebei Supervision Engineer Certificate; 18 have the Hebei Chief Project Supervisor Certificate.

There is 1 doctor, 2 masters and 96% of our staff are bachelors.

Since the foundation of our corporation in 1997, we have been sticking to the principle of “operate justly and legally, serve the society honestly, and manage scientifically.” We have succeeded in supervising 8 modernized multipurpose buildings, including Baoding Local Taxes Building; Jida Electricity building; 6 towering buildings, including the A, B, C part of Mingchang Yuan commercial building; Anguo Telecommunication Building; 6 communication projects including Hebei Anxin Telecommunication production building; Anguo Second-class Telecommunication Center Project; Fuping Post-office Building; 66 data communication projects for Baoding branch of China Unicom; 37 decoration projects of Sales Hall, and so on.

Among the 9 projects accomplished in 1998, 7 were rated as excellent projects and obtained the gold medal. Among the 16 projects accomplished from 1999 to 2000, 100% were up to the standard and were checked and accepted at the first time, of which 80% were excellent. Among the 18 projects completed from 2001 to 2002, 100% were checked and accepted at the first time. Under our supervision, Anguo Telecommunication Building was graded as  Hebei High-quality Project of 2001 and Baoding Local Taxes Building as one of the Ten Buildings of Baoding since 1949.

Since our corporation was founded, not a single project we supervised has the quality problem or complaint problem. Our many-sided supervision capacity and outstanding achievement have gained high reputation and laid a good foundation for our future development. We always stick to our principles: careful, just, responsible and trustworthy and abide by the law, rules and regulations, and the obligatory criteria on the construction projects.
